Lamb Tikka Masala

Serves 1.

Tender marinated lamb in our mildly spicy, creamy masala sauce, topped with fresh coriander.

Oven Cook From Frozen Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 190/200 degrees C fan/gas mark 7.
  2. Remove the film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Make sure it's piping hot throughout.
