Sticky Chocolate Sponge

Oven Cook From Frozen Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 150/160 degrees fan/gas mark 4.

  2. Remove the film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Make sure it’s piping hot throughout.


Sugar, Salted Butter [Milk, Salt], Self Raising Flour Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Raising Agents (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates)], Whipping Cream [Milk], Free Range Eggs, Cocoa POwder, Chocolate [Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).
